Welcome to Mind Body Knnection LLC. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to this website and your purchase or use of our consultations, mentorship services, intuitive guidance sessions, educational materials, digital resources, applications, and related services.
By accessing this website, scheduling an appointment, submitting payment, or participating in a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in our services.
You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information when booking, applying, submitting an assessment, or creating an account.
Mind Body Knnection LLC provides educational services, non-clinical mentorship, reflective coaching, intuitive guidance, and personal-development resources.
Perception Work™ is an educational and coaching framework designed to support realization of the meanings and patterns shaping experience, deliberate refinement of choices and responses, and greater coherence among a person’s values, identity, responsibilities, and actions.
Intuitive Guidance & Consultation sessions provide spiritual insight and reflective guidance for relationships, career, life direction, and situations in which a client desires greater clarity. Intuitive information is interpretive and should not be treated as a guaranteed prediction or instruction.
Services may be provided by telephone, email, text-based communication, digital applications, assignments, or other methods described in the applicable offer.
Mind Body Knnection LLC does not provide psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, psychiatric care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, legal advice, or financial advice.
Our services are not substitutes for care from a licensed medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professional. Participation does not create a therapist-patient, physician-patient, attorney-client, or other licensed professional relationship.
If you are experiencing an emergency or believe you may harm yourself or another person, call 911, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or seek immediate assistance from a qualified professional.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions, well-being, finances, relationships, and results.
You agree to use your own judgment and seek appropriate professional advice when needed. You understand that personal growth requires individual participation and that results vary according to personal circumstances, effort, consistency, readiness, and other factors outside our control.
Mind Body Knnection LLC does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, emotional, relationship, career, business, financial, or other outcome.
Testimonials, examples, experiences, and descriptions represent individual experiences and do not promise that another client will receive the same result.
No statement made on this website, during a session, through an application, in an email, or in any educational material should be interpreted as a guarantee of results or earnings.
A consultation is an introductory assessment intended to explain Perception Work™ Mentorship, discuss the prospective client’s needs and readiness, and determine whether the mentorship appears to be an appropriate mutual fit.
Booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into the mentorship.
Accepted mentorship clients must review and sign a separate client agreement before services begin. That agreement will describe the program term, payment schedule, included services, communication boundaries, scheduling expectations, termination provisions, and other enrollment-specific conditions.
If a signed client agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the signed client agreement controls for that mentorship relationship.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another payment processor identified at checkout. Mind Body Knnection LLC does not directly store complete debit- or credit-card information.
By selecting a recurring payment option, you authorize the payment processor to charge your chosen payment method according to the schedule disclosed at checkout and in your client agreement.
Perception Work™ Mentorship may be offered through a 12-payment monthly plan or a paid-in-full option. Current pricing and payment details will be stated on the website, at checkout, and in the applicable client agreement.
A declined or failed payment may result in paused appointments, application access, communication support, materials, or other mentorship services until the account is brought current.
Payment methods or financing services displayed by Stripe—including Affirm, Klarna, or other pay-later services—are subject to provider availability, approval, eligibility, fees, and separate terms. Financing is provided by the applicable third party, not by Mind Body Knnection LLC.
Unless otherwise stated in writing at checkout or in a signed client agreement, payments are non-refundable once a service has been delivered, a digital resource has been accessed, or reserved appointment time has passed.
For individual scheduled sessions, clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule. One rescheduling request may be permitted, subject to availability. Late cancellations and missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
Arriving late does not guarantee that the session can be extended beyond its scheduled ending time.
Mentorship cancellation, early termination, and remaining-payment obligations are governed by the signed mentorship agreement.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer right provided by applicable law.
Communication access is limited to the methods, hours, response times, and level of support described in the purchased service or signed client agreement.
Email, text messages, application messaging, and social-media messages are not emergency or crisis services. Messages received outside established business hours may be answered during the next applicable business period.
Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, repeated boundary violations, or inappropriate communications may result in suspension or termination of services.
Sessions will not be recorded unless the client and Mind Body Knnection LLC agree in advance and provide appropriate consent.
When a recording is created, the client may receive a copy for personal use. After delivery, the client is responsible for securely storing their copy. Mind Body Knnection LLC may delete its copy after 30 days unless a different retention period is required by law or established in writing.
Clients may not secretly record, publish, distribute, sell, or publicly share sessions without prior written permission.
Application access, digital materials, assignments, recordings, worksheets, prompts, and other resources are provided only to the enrolled client for personal, non-commercial use.
Login information may not be shared. Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, unauthorized sharing, security concerns, misuse, or the end of the applicable service period.
The application is not intended to collect medical records, psychotherapy records, emergency disclosures, or other protected clinical information. Clients should not upload such information.
Perception Work™, its Realization → Refinement → Coherence process, the Perception Map and other related tools, methodologies, written materials, assignments, frameworks, graphics, applications, website content, recordings, and original resources are owned by or licensed to Mind Body Knnection LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
Without written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, publish, teach, license, modify, upload, share, or use our proprietary materials to create competing products, programs, courses, frameworks, coaching services, or artificial-intelligence training datasets.
Clients retain ownership of their original personal journal entries, personal reflections, and other original content they create. Mind Body Knnection LLC will not publicly use a client’s name, image, story, or testimonial without separate permission.
Mind Body Knnection LLC will handle client information with care and will not intentionally disclose private client information except when authorized, reasonably necessary to provide services, required by law, needed to process payment or scheduling, or necessary to address a serious safety or security concern.
Coaching and spiritual-guidance communications are not psychotherapy records and may not receive the same legal privilege or confidentiality protections as communications with a licensed healthcare professional or attorney.
Clients are responsible for choosing a private location for telephone sessions and protecting their own devices, passwords, email accounts, recordings, and documents.
Mind Body Knnection LLC may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide through this website, Tally forms, Google scheduling and communication services, Stripe checkout, email, text messages, telephone conversations, and other direct communications.
Information collected may include your name, preferred name, email address, telephone number, preferred communication method, scheduling information, service selections, consultation or intake responses, assessment responses, communications, testimonial permissions, and payment status. Complete payment-card information is processed directly by Stripe and is not stored by Mind Body Knnection LLC.
Mind Body Knnection LLC may use this information to:
• Respond to inquiries and determine whether a service may be appropriate;
• Schedule and provide requested services;
• Review consultation, intake, and assessment responses;
• Administer service agreements and client onboarding;
• Process and document payments;
• Communicate with prospective and current clients;
• Maintain business, legal, tax, and financial records;
• Operate, maintain, and protect the website and related business systems; and
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that support business operations. These providers may include Tally for forms and submissions, Google for the website, email, documents, and scheduling, and Stripe for payment processing. These companies process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Mind Body Knnection LLC does not sell clients’ personal information. Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services and satisfy applicable legal, tax, contractual, security, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted or securely disposed of when practical.
Mind Body Knnection LLC uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to safeguard personal information. However, no website, form, email account, electronic storage system, or method of transmitting information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Clients and prospective clients should not submit medical records, psychotherapy records, emergency disclosures, financial-account credentials, or other sensitive information that is not reasonably necessary for the requested service. Website forms, email, and text messages are not monitored as emergency communication channels. If you are experiencing an emergency or believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact 911 or an appropriate emergency service.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information maintained by Mind Body Knnection LLC by contacting rayven@mbknnection.com. Mind Body Knnection LLC may need to verify your identity before completing a request and may retain certain information when reasonably necessary or required for legal, contractual, tax, security, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.
This website may contain links to Google, Stripe, Instagram, applications, payment processors, scheduling platforms, or other third-party services.
Mind Body Knnection LLC does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, policies, financing decisions, or performance of third-party platforms. Use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and policies.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and reliable access, but we do not guarantee that the website, application, booking system, payment system, or digital resources will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Information, pricing, availability, and services may be corrected or updated when necessary. A pricing error does not require us to provide a service at an obviously incorrect price.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Body Knnection LLC and its owner, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of—or inability to use—this website, our services, third-party platforms, or educational materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct liability will not exceed the amount the client paid Mind Body Knnection LLC for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply in every circumstance.
Mind Body Knnection LLC may refuse, pause, or terminate services when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, unsafe or abusive behavior, repeated boundary violations, misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized account sharing, misrepresentation, incompatibility with the service, or violation of these Terms or a signed client agreement.
Termination does not automatically cancel valid payment obligations established in a signed agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written communication, unless emergency legal relief is reasonably necessary.
Mind Body Knnection LLC may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, business practices, platforms, or legal requirements.
The current effective date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except when additional consent is legally required.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
